This afternoon Blackadder 08, Nat and Danny headed to Alderney on an IFR training sortie.
Flying the BE76 Duchess Mike Whisky the team headed down Quebec 41 to Ortac before flying into the NDB hold at Alderney and performing the timed approach.
They then returned to Bournemouth for a radar vectored ILS to land.
Alderney is the first route flown on the IR and many of our students favourites.
