Today was the day Pierre headed back in to the skies aboard our BE76 Duchess November November.
This was the first actual IFR flight he’s completed during his IR training, up until now he’s been flying our ALSIM, 30 hours of flying it to be exact.
He took to the skies with our famous instructor Blackadder 01, completing a varied mix of General Handling and tracking training. This all ended with his very first ILS back at Bournemouth.
Pierre is pictured prior to flight completing the ‘A’ check on the aircraft, specifically checking the oil levels to ensure the right quantity is aboard.
